Pam proudly serves the Tyler and East Texas area. She loves this region for everything it offers - easy access to beautiful lakes, outdoor recreation, and some of the best golf courses around, plus great shopping and dining close to home.
She has held her real estate license for over a decade and has been with Ultima Real Estate for 11 years. Her specialty is lake homes, resort properties, second homes, and single family homes.

Tim brings a different perspective to the Krause Team. With 42 years of experience in construction, working from the Midwest to East Texas, Tim has an eye for quality, craftsmanship, and what really matters when it comes to a home's structure and condition.
That hands-on approach carries over into how Tim helps clients today. He offers insightful advice, honest assessments, and a commitment to making sure you understand exactly what you're buying or selling.
